Are there any special protocols for Covid-19?

Our staff follow all safety protocols as directed by local authorities. and wears personal protective equipment, including masks and gloves. Property is cleaned using cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, American Express, and Master Card for balance due at check-in. NO CASH ACCEPTED. At check-in credit card used to book needs to be shown and card holder needs to be present. 

Is tax included in the price?

No, tax is not included in the price. Sales tax is 14%. There is an additional resort fee of $6 per person per night.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, at check in you will be required to pay 20 USD per person for your key, bed tag and towel which also covers small damages. Security deposit can only be paid by credit card (card holder must be present). Damages occurred or breaking regulation may imply extra charges on the credit card provided. If you are requested to leave the property security deposit and accommodation will not be refunded in any case.

Do I have to wear a wristband?

EVERY guest must wear our security wristband during his/her whole stay in the hostel. This wristband is changed daily and will also include many deals and promotions only for our guests.

Do you have a maximum stay policy?

Consistent with the accommodation industry in Miami there is a maximum stay of 15 days every two months period.  This is a tourist accommodation, and you must show a proof of travelling. We do accept business stays to attend meetings, conferences, etc. Students attending courses in Miami Beach area can enjoy from our extended stay program. Check our dedicated section for students. Florida residents or Miami workers are not allowed in the hostel.  

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in starts at 3pm but you can come any time before and leave your luggage in our storage room until your room is ready. Check out is at 11am. Early check-in and late check are possible for a small fee and subject to availability. Luggage can be left on our luggage room at check out until 5pm maximum. After check-out you can have a shower for small fee if you plan to go to the beach on your last day. 

What is your cancellation policy?

For bookings made through our website the following cancellation policy applies: 

Flex rates: 

If canceled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged, and any prepayment will be refunded. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first two nights + taxes will be charged. Any cancellation must be done through email (cancellation over the phone is not accepted). To avoid any charge, you need to get a confirmation email from the hostel. 

Non-Refundable rates: 

If cancelled or modified any time after booking, full accommodation + taxes will be charged. Same policy applied for no shows.

For reservations made on other platforms:

Please check the cancellation policy displayed on your booking confirmation.

What if I need to make changes to my reservation?

For bookings made through our website changes are only permitted for FLEX rates and they can be made 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival via email. Please email us with your requests and bring the confirmation you receive from us via email with you upon check-in.

Do you have parking?

We do not have a parking garage however there are parking meters directly in front of the hotel and throughout Miami Beach. There are also secured parking garages in the surrounding area (fees vary).

How close is Beds N Drinks to the beach?

Two blocks only! Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the front desk. 

Do you provide lockers? 

Each room provides a locker per person. One backpack or cabin luggage fits perfectly.  You can bring your own padlock or buy one at the front desk. Private rooms have a small safe for your valuables. 

Do the rooms have their own bathrooms?

Yes, every room has their own bathroom. Female dorms (8 and 10 beds) offer a separate toilet and shower so two guests can use them.

Are there hairdryers?

All our private rooms as well as most of our female dorms, have hair dryers. We have also two hairdryers at front desk that you can borrow.

 

Are towels supplied in all rooms?

All our private rooms come with towels which will be changed every 3 days. For Shared accommodation we offer one towel at check-in for your stay. You can get a fresh one anytime for a 1 USD fee. Beach towels are part of your resort fee benefits and you can get one every day. 

 

Do you offer airport pick-up?

We have no shuttles available. Getting to the hostel from the airport is easy by taxi and UBER. If you are not in a rush, you can also take public transportation for less than 3 USD. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 

Can I get something delivered to the hostel?

Yes, you can for a fee starting at 5 USD. We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

 

Do you accept large groups?

Yes of course.  We can accommodate groups of up to 150 people. Just send us an email with the number of guests and dates needed or visit our groups section and we will do everything possible to accommodate your party. Contact us at groupsmiami@equity-point.com  and you can expect to hear from us within 24 hours if not sooner.

 

Are children allowed at your property?

Yes, children are allowed at this property with parental supervision, but in PRIVATE ROOMS only.

 

Do you have kitchen facilities?

We only have a little kitchenette with limited opening hours (9am to 9 pm) with a microwave, an oven and a couple of fridges.

 

Do you sell tours or party packages?

Yes, we do at a competitive rate. Check out our tours and parties section for more information or to book them in advance with a discounted rate.

Can we drink alcohol in your hostel?

The consumption of alcohol is limited to alcohol bought in our premises during bar opening hours. Out of bar opening hours it is not allowed to drink/store alcohol in any of our areas.  Anyone found using or under the influence of illegal drugs or substances will be reported to the police and asked to leave the premises. Any evidence or suspicion of drug use on our premises will also be reported immediately to the police.
